      Fold: Center food on shiny side. Bring up two sides and fold together in a 1-inch fold. Wrap: Continue folding in narrow folds until paper is wrapped tightly against food. Seal: Turn package over and press out air. Wrap ends of package and seal with freezer tape. Tip: Write the date and what's inside on the Dull Side so you know what you're keeping nice and fresh.
